Mô tả công việcProvide general office and administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Responsible for accurate data entry, including updating Invoice & Delivery Order (DO) numbers upon receipt from suppliers. Assist in creating Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Orders. Coordinate and monitor both import and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate handling. Assist in delivery arrangements to project sites or clients. Check and verify part numbers and quantities during goods receiving. Liaise and coordinate with Store, Service, and Project departments to support ongoing operations. Report to the immediate superior and provide regular status updates. Manage inventory of office supplies, including stationery and pantry items, and replenish as needed. Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams within the APAC region. Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficient in English. Bonus if able to read and write in Korean and Japanese. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Prior experience in logistics, procurement, or cross-border coordination is an added advantage.
