Production Administrator

Job Description

Core Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage production activities related to 5S, Kanban, audits, and employee training :

Production Halls :

Implement and maintain 5S and Kanban practices in assigned areas.

Manage orders and delivery of 5S items and plan line painting or layout changes.

Ensure cleanliness in 5S zones and maintain labels on lines.

Place purchase orders for necessary materials and conduct 5S audits to identify and resolve issues.

Report on 5S implementation and improvements, and train employees on 5S practices.

Coordinate with external suppliers to repair cabinets, chairs, and tables as needed.

Packing Offices :

Order office supplies and manage locker / dressing room keys.

Maintain bulletin boards and coordinate repairs for office furniture with external suppliers.

This position is responsible to perform administration tasks which are essential to support smooth production’s operation with safety, quality and on-time delivery to fulfil the high flexibility of demand from customers.

Do you have what it takes?

High School Diploma (12 / 12) or Vocational School Certification

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Skills :

Interpersonal : Strong collaboration, teamwork, proactive attitude, and a commitment to ethical standards.

Technical : Proficient in basic computer operations (Microsoft Office, Printing, SAP, etc.)

Language : Basic English proficiency.

Giám sát và quản lý các hoạt động sản xuất liên quan đến 5S, Kanban, kiểm toán và đào tạo nhân viên :

Khu Vực Sản Xuất :

Triển khai và duy trì các hoạt động 5S và Kanban trong các khu vực được giao.

Quản lý đơn đặt hàng và giao nhận các vật dụng 5S, lập kế hoạch sơn hoặc thay đổi bố trí dây chuyền.

Đảm bảo khu vực 5S luôn sạch sẽ và duy trì nhãn dán trên các dây chuyền.

Đặt đơn mua hàng cho các vật liệu cần thiết và thực hiện kiểm toán 5S để xác định và giải quyết các vấn đề.

Báo cáo về việc thực hiện và cải tiến 5S, đồng thời đào tạo nhân viên về việc thực hiện 5S.

Phối hợp với các nhà cung cấp bên ngoài để sửa chữa tủ, ghế và bàn khi cần.

Khu vực Văn phòng của bộ phận :

Đặt hàng văn phòng phẩm và quản lý chìa khóa tủ và phòng thay đồ.

Duy trì bảng thông báo và phối hợp sửa chữa nội thất văn phòng với các nhà cung cấp bên ngoài.

Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên giao.

Yêu cầu :

Tốt nghiệp ít nhất Trung học phổ thông hoặc trung cấp nghề.

Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường sản xuất

Kỹ năng giao tiếp : hợp tác, làm việc nhóm, thái độ chủ động và tinh thần hỗ trợ

Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng (MS. Office, in ấn, hệ thống SAP)

Kỹ năng tiếng Anh cơ bản
