Position : Senior BA

Salary Range : ~VND 45-50 million

Location : Binh Duong

Report to : Senior BA Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Requirement Management (50%)

  • Requirement Gathering & Design : Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify, collect, and define both business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and process analysis.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), use cases, system integration maps, and workflow diagrams.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements.
  • Develop mockups, wireframes, and visual documentation to enhance understanding, clarify requirements, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

2. User Enablement & Support (30%)

  • Lead system testing initiatives, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defining test scenarios, coordinating testing sessions, and ensuring solutions fully meet business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver user training materials and programs; coordinate the rollout of new features or systems to ensure seamless deployment with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide ongoing user support, promptly troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

    • 3. Collaboration & Communication (20%)

  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT teams and business departments, ensuring effective communication, mutual understanding, and alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Prioritize business requirements to support timely and efficient decision-making and project execution.
  • Provide regular updates, clarify evolving requirements, and address stakeholder concerns to strengthen engagement, transparency, and team collaboration.

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Degree & Major : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience with ERP D365 in the manufacturing domain, with a background in IT.
  • English Proficiency : Good command of English.
  • Proficient in general computer use, especially Microsoft Office and relevant applications.
  • Manufacturing Operations : In-depth knowledge of production planning, inventory control, supply chain management, quality assurance, and shop floor operations.
  • Software Development : Familiar with IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and system integration best practices.
  • Business Process Management : Skilled in business process mapping, re-engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies.

    • Working Conditions :

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday (8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM) + 2 Saturday per month (8 : 00 AM- 4 : 00 PM)
  • Shuttle bus from Hang Xanh, 12 Dis., Thu Duc, Bien Hoa, Binh Duong to factory
  • Social Insurance on full salary, Health Insurance for Manager level
  • 14 days of per year
