PPC Assistant Supervisor

Responsibilities: Check and update the production plan. Coordinate material status meetings. Follow up with all concerned departments regarding material status. Monitor deliveries to all customers. Follow up with all concerned departments to resolve production line issues. Take necessary actions to avoid line stoppages. Prepare export documentation. Check and update finished goods stock. Receive and maintain BOM data and files. Collect data on line stoppages and countermeasures from all concerned departments. Collect customer delivery data. Provide timely reports on material issues, line stoppages, and finished goods stock issues. Check and coordinate customer order data and required documents with the Marketing Department. Prepare monthly reports. Requirements: Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Training: Supply Chain Management, Costing, Kanban Skills: Supervisory management, leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and organized personality. Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.
