Material Warehouse & Procurement Supervisor Vung Tau

Location: Vũng TàuHCM

I/ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the raw material warehouse including receiving storage inventory control material issuing and warehouse process improvement.
• Ensure inventory accuracy inspect incoming raw materials and maintain compliance with safety hygiene and company standards.
• Manage raw material procurement contracts delivery schedules and supplier coordination to ensure a stable and timely material supply.
• Review import/export and shipping documentation and coordinate logistics activities in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Analyze procurement and inventory data to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production Planning QA/QC Logistics and other SCM functions to support smooth supply chain operations.
• Lead coach and develop team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Section Manager.

II/ Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in raw material warehouse and procurement management.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred; coffee industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations procurement logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive detail-oriented responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Business-level English proficiency (reading writing listening and speaking).
