Our client who is an well-known AI specialized company is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team.

Partner Sourcing and Closing

• Identifying pitching and contracting local businesses (BPOs agencies hospitality retail and similar) as data collection partners.
  

In-country Operations

• Managing partner performance quality and compliance and delivery against targets once contracts are live.
  

Team Management

• Hiring and managing a local operations team including field supervisors and ops staff.
  

KPI Ownership

• Delivered-hours targets active partner count and pilot success rates.
  

Requirements

• 56 years in operations partnerships or business development at a high-growth platform company (gig economy logistics ride-hailing food delivery e-commerce or similar).
  
• Proven experience managing a field team or a distributed/ contractor operation at scale.
  
• A track record of personally owning and hitting aggressive volume or revenue KPIs.
  
• Strong commercial instincts able to source pitch and close partners independently without a prebuilt playbook.
  
• Experience managing performance-based partner or contractor relationships including handling underperformers directly.
  
• Able to build your own structure when none exists and solve problems independently before escalating.
  
• A proactive communicator who flags blockers early and clearly.
  
• Motivated by outcomes and ownership rather than titles or hierarchy.
  
• Fluent in English and fluent in Vietnamese.
  
• Based in or able to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City.
