Deputy Sales and Marketing Director

Role Purpose:

Provide strategic and operational leadership across Agency Sales Marketing Export Sales and Procurement connecting functions to improve revenue growth market expansion brand development and overall division performance.

Advise on and execute domestic and international market brand and distribution strategies.

Set division objectives KPIs and cross-functional operating processes.

Manage nationwide dealer-channel activities sales policies territory planning and network expansion.

Oversee project-market development and coordinate with project and technical teams.

Direct marketing campaigns brand management trade promotion market research and new-market development.

Lead export-market development distributor/partner acquisition trade-fair participation and commercial negotiations.

Oversee export market-entry strategy legal/commercial risk and contract documentation.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above in Business Administration Marketing Economics International Trade or a related field.
  
• Around 710 years of professional experience including 45 years in management.
  
• Experience in industrial manufacturing distribution or electrical equipment is preferred. Strong English capability for technical documents and international business communication is required.
  

Key Stakeholders:

• Internal: Agency Sales Marketing Export Sales Procurement Project Sales Technical Logistics and executive leadership.
  
• External: Dealers distributors strategic customers media/training/consulting partners international partners trade-promotion bodies and industry associations.
  

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Quality Safety Management or an engineering-related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Strong practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 ISO standards and Vietnam laboratory accreditation requirements under BoA/VILAS (or equivalent frameworks) Proven experience with quality management systems and international quality and safety standards is preferred. Experience in Compliance Management and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) is an advantage. Strong English communication skills. Excellent organizational problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities. Mature team player with high self-discipline a results-oriented mindset and demonstrated leadership capability.
