Job Description

Follow up and monitor testing request by applicant./Theo dõi và giám sát yêu cầu thí nghiệm của người yêu cầu.

Communicate and Co-operate with Customer and Lab to work procedure smoothly/ Giao tiếp và hợp tác với Khách hàng và Phòng thí nghiệm để làm việc theo quy trình một cách trôi chảy.

Trách nhiệm chung (General duties)

• Review test application & prepare worksheet for lab section/ Xem xét áp dụng thí nghiệm & chuẩn bị bảng tính cho phần thí nghiệm.

• Distribute testing report to customers/ Gửi báo cáo thí nghiệm cho khách hàng.

• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers./ Thiết lập và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng.

• Deal with complaints regarding the customer feedback./ Giải quyết các khiếu nại liên quan đến phản hồi của khách hàng.

• Monitor testing job and progress/ Giám sát công việc kiểm thử và tiến độ.

• Update client’s requirements./Cập nhật yêu cầu của khách hàng.

• Cooperate with sales & finalization staffs for job proceeding./ Phối hợp với nhân viên kinh doanh & quyết toán để triển khai công việc.

Qualifications

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences):

At least 2 years work experience as Customer Service Executive, preferably from 3rd party labs/ Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm Chăm sóc khách hàng, lợi thế làm việc cho phòng kiểm nghiệm bên thứ 3

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major)

Graduated from University or College from Textile major or Chemistry back ground is better/ Tốt nghiệp Đại học, Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Dệt hoặc Hóa trở lên

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills)

English: Reading Document, Writing, Listening and Speaking. Chinese language is of advantage/ Tiếng Anh: Đọc hiểu tài liệu, viết và Nói. Có Tiếng Hoa là một lợi thế

Khác (Others)

• Patient, hardworking, careful, honest/ Kiên nhẫn, chăm chỉ, cẩn thận, trung thực
