R&D Laboratory Manager

1. Job Description

   • Lead R&D activities to support new business development primarily in coffee products.

   • Conduct research and develop new food processing technologies focusing on coffee tea and functional food ingredients.

   • Develop innovative products and optimize manufacturing processes for commercialization.

   • Apply technical knowledge to meet the requirements of global customers and international markets.

   • Research global food regulations industry trends and technologies to support product development.

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.

   • Perform other duties assigned by the Division Manager.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelors degree or above in Food Science Food Technology Chemistry Biotechnology or other related scientific disciplines.

   • Minimum 5 years of R&D experience in food processing or food product development.

   • Strong knowledge of food processing technologies especially extraction aroma recovery spray drying and freeze drying (coffee or extraction-based food products preferred).

   • Solid understanding of food safety hygiene management and global food regulations.

   • Strong research and product development capability (R&D experience is required; QC experience alone is not sufficient).

   • Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken as English is used for internal and external communication.

   • Overseas study or overseas R&D working experience is an advantage.
