Lab Technician - Micro Lab

Job Description

• Receive and review testing orders, SOP’s and instruction before conducting testing
• Perform tests in a professional and safe manner; ensure that tests are carried out in accordance with testing orders, SOP and clients' instruction; record all raw data
• Study and review test methods, SOP, client’s manuals and prepare the proper resources to ensure that jobs are conducted in compliance with required methods/ SOP/ manuals
• Keep Team leader informed on daily basis or as required about the progress of the testing and report any problems identified when performing tests.
• Keep tools, chemicals and consumables in good conditions by storing at proper places;
• Keep the working area tidy, clean and safe. All asigned equipments, environment conditions, reagents, worksheets, be recorded correctly.
• Ensure day-to-day compliance in HSE & Quality management system (SOP, forms, guidelines, equipment calibration, ISO17025, etc.) and escalate potential operation risk.
• Study daily activities and propose better solution/way/actions to his/her supervisors for improvement
• Preparing suitable equipments before sampling
• Performing sampling at factory as customer's request
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Team leader & Supervisor

Qualifications

• University graduate in: Molecular/Microbiology/Biotechnology
• Fresh student or experienced lab technicians below 2 years
• English level B equivalent
