Senior Data Entry Executive

Job summary:

· Data punching

· Collect product information included photos & barcode

· Product dictionary building

· Leading addtional projects in Data Entry side.

What'd you do:

1. Data punching: the employee is required to punch data (urban and rural HHP/BBP paper diaries and additional survey) with accuracy & higher performance
2. Collecting product information in the market/ supermarket for new launched products & existing products (included photos & barcode)
3. Building product dictionary & update new products to NDES (New Data Entry System)
4. Storing collected product photos & deliver to related department when required
5. Market knowledge: the employee is required to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of 15-20 FMCG categories.
6. Leading addtional projects in Data Entry side, details as below:

· Project excute by pen & paper data collection methodology:

· Join project breifing together with Comercial or Fieldwork team

· Receive & check number of questionaire from Field work team

· Creating form for puching data

· Distribute number of questionaire to Data Entry Exective for punching

· Check logic data & daily data backup

· Data processing & delivery to PR team

1. Other addtional tasks assigned by Line Manager

What'd you bring:

· College or university degree in related filed is advantage

· Sufficient command in English

· Computer literate including good knowledge in MS Excel & MS Word

• An eye for details & conscientious approach to work
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the abilities to communicate with varied people background
• Flexible approach to work with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A committed team player with the ability to work closely across operational and commercial divisions.
