Senior Nylon Yarn Business Development Manager

1. Job Description

   • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Nylon Yarn sales across target markets.

   • Identify approach and secure new customers independently.

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with textile mills fabric manufacturers garment manufacturers and trading companies.

   • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and business closure.

   • Achieve annual sales volume revenue and profitability targets.

   • Explore and develop new market opportunities for Nylon Yarn products.

   • Monitor industry trends competitor activities and customer requirements.

   • Propose market penetration strategies and growth initiatives.

   • Establish long-term partnerships with key customers and industry stakeholders.

   • Work closely with internal production planning and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

   • Provide regular market intelligence and customer feedback to management.

2. Requirements

   • Minimum 20 years of experience in yarn sales textile sales or related business development roles especially extensive sales experience in Nylon Yarn or Polyester/PET Yarn businesses.

   • Strong understanding of Nylon Yarn PET Yarn textile manufacturing processes and supply chains.

   • Experience working with leading textile groups garment manufacturers or organizations such as Formosa Vinatex and related industry players.

   • Familiarity with regional textile markets in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

   • Proven experience in independently developing customers

   • Excellent negotiation communication and relationship management skills
