Senior Design Engineer - Dong Nai

Job Description Design and improve Hyosung electric motor products, with a focus on performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Receive product requirements from customers and the Board of Directors (BOD), analyze technical specifications, and implement design changes or develop new motor products accordingly. Support product development activities, including preparing technical documentation and coordinating with cross-functional departments. Train and mentor new employees on technical knowledge, product structure, and standard work processes. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual work reports. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in electric motor design and development. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components of motors. Proven experience working for leading motor or power transmission manufacturers, such as Toshiba, HEM, ABB, Bonfiglioli, Sumitomo, SEW-Eurodrive, or similar companies. Solid knowledge of motor design principles, manufacturing processes, and performance optimization. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers. Familiarity with industry standards and quality requirements for motor design is an advantage.
