Job Description Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company manpower planning. Manage the entire recruitment process. Develop and manage recruitment budget, optimize costs and channels. Build and enhance employer brand. Establish internal training system (skills, management). Conduct training needs assessment and develop training plans. Organize, monitor and evaluate training effectiveness. Coordinate with departments to develop employee capabilities. Advise management on HR strategies related to recruitment and training. Build and improve recruitment and training processes and policies. Manage development of subordinate HR team. Build and improve compensation, bonus and benefits system. Analyze labor costs and propose optimization. Handle employee grievances, discipline and labor disputes. Ensure compliance with labor laws. Participate in KPI system establishment and implementation. Manage personnel records, HR data and periodic reports. Establish and improve HR regulations, processes and forms. Requirements At least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and training. Familiar with recruitment, training and talent development processes. Prefer candidates with e-commerce industry experience. Fluent in Chinese. Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, Economics or related fields. Able to develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage full recruitment process and budget. Experience in building internal training systems, needs assessment, planning and evaluation. Ability to build and improve recruitment and training processes and policies. Ability to advise management on HR strategies and coordinate effectively with departments.
