Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

• Conduct research and gather business requirements from customers end users and relevant stakeholders.
  
• Analyze and consolidate collected information into detailed and structured business requirement documentation.
  
• Clarify business problems identify existing pain points and recommend solutions that address actual customer needs while aligning with the products development direction.
  
• Develop and maintain business documentation including User Stories Use Cases Business Rules and other relevant specifications.
  
• Work closely with Product UI/UX Development and Quality Control teams to align requirements review solution designs and ensure features are delivered according to the agreed scope and business objectives.
  
• Support software testing and business quality assurance activities before product release or handover.
  
• Collect and analyze user feedback and operational issues to continuously improve product functionality and optimize the overall user experience.
  

Requirements

Education

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Economics Finance Accounting or another relevant discipline.
  

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role involving product or market research.
  
• Practical experience communicating and working directly with customers partners or other external stakeholders.
  
• Experience working with AI-based products or solutions is considered an advantage.
  

Professional Knowledge

• Basic understanding of business operations organizational processes and common enterprise workflows.
  
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and the role of Business Analysis throughout the product development process.
  
• Familiarity with common software requirement documents including PRD SRS Use Cases and User Stories.
  

Skills

• Proficiency with common BA and product collaboration tools such as Jira Figma diagramming tools or equivalent platforms.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly understand and clarify business problems.
  
• Strong capabilities in information gathering synthesis requirements analysis and documentation.
  

Personal Attributes

• Detail-oriented and careful in handling business requirements and documentation.
  
• Highly responsible with a strong commitment to delivery timelines and work quality.
  
• Able to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HRM ERP accounting platforms or other enterprise management systems is highly preferred.
