Growth Director (Education)

Our client is a fast-growing company operating a multi-site service and education network.

JOB OBJECTIVE
Build and execute comprehensive short-term and long-term growth strategies for the company's products and services.
Lead and develop the Growth team (including Marketing, Product, and Data) to optimize the conversion funnel from customer acquisition, customer retention, renewal, to revenue optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Growth Strategy Planning

• Conduct market research, analyze student behavior, and study competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
  
• Develop budget plans, allocate resources, and establish core performance metrics related to revenue, user volume, and customer acquisition costs (CAC, LTV).
  

2. Growth Funnel Execution & Optimization

• Drive a culture of continuous experimentation (A/B testing) across marketing channels, products, and customer service activities.
  
• Collaborate closely with the Product/Tech team to improve product features, enhance user experience, and increase user retention rate.
  

3. Team Management & Development

• Recruit, train, inspire, and manage the performance of Growth team members.
  
• Build cross-functional working processes among Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data Analytics teams.
  

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and experiments based on actual data.
  
• Report directly to the Board of Directors on growth progress and propose timely strategic solutions.
  
  

Requirements

1. Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in growth, marketing, product management, or business development, with at least 2–3 years in a management role such as growth manager or head of growth.
  
• Preferred candidates with experience in technology companies, education technology (EdTech), large-scale startups, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS businesses.
  

2. Professional Knowledge

• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze user data and extract insights through tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL, and other analytics platforms.
  
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, digital marketing funnels, growth strategies, and product development with a strong Product mindset.
  
• Experience in building and optimizing growth strategies, conversion funnels, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  

3. Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, develop, and inspire Growth teams.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making skills, and ability to work under pressure with ambitious revenue targets.
  
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, and other business functions.
  
• Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about driving growth through continuous experimentation and data-driven decision making.
