[Internship] Sales Intern

• Coordinate internal meetings timelines and cross-functional alignment for business acquisition activities
• Prepare documents for internal approvals and business case simulations
• Coordinate change requests quotations and contract-related documentation
• Assist in project lifecycle management (PLCM EOS ZVA etc.)
• Support business continuity and customer project transitions
• Coordinate planning cycles (forecast BBMSP) and ensure data accuracy
• Conduct reporting KPI tracking and volume verification
• Support customer claims and logistics coordination
• Manage digital platform activities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Qualifications :

• 3rd-4th year student in Bachelors degree
• Prior work experience is preferred
• Mandatory: English
• Optional: Chinese or Japanese
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proactive responsible and detail-oriented
• Collaborative team player
• High mobility and energy
• Action-oriented with strong ownership mentality
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced cross-functional environments
• Full-time availability during internship period
