Position Summary :

The Hostess plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for our guests. This role requires a friendly, outgoing, and organized individual who can efficiently manage guest flow, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage the waiting list, ensuring accurate wait times and seating arrangements.
• Seat guests promptly and efficiently, considering table availability and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Assist with reservations and inquiries.
• Provide basic information about the restaurant's menu and specials.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Support accountant to issue daily VAT invoices.
