Job Description :

Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (ISO9001, TL9000, ISO14001).
Drive process quality improvements, including SPC, FMEA, DOE, and QRQC activities.
Manage customer quality requirements, handle complaints, and ensure timely closure of 8D reports.
Oversee product audits, process audits, and supplier quality management.
Establish training programs to enhance quality awareness across production and QC staff.
Monitor quality KPIs and prepare reports for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction and process qualification.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Quality, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.

At least 5 years in a managerial position.

Strong knowledge of ISO9001, TL9000, ISO14001, and related quality standards.

Solid background in SPC, FMEA, DOE, MSA, and other quality tools.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Fluent in Chinese

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.

Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
