ABOUT THE JOB

• Design and implement business applications/packages within the SCCM application framework
• Provide extensive troubleshooting for SCCM installation and configuration, identifying and resolving defects, errors, and inconsistencies
• Develop software packaging and patching strategies for Windows desktops
• Create, test, and optimize installation/uninstallation packages for various applications
• Perform application deployment testing, ensuring successful installation, launch, and operation in Windows 10/WTS 2016 environments
• Drive the migration and automation of existing deployment tools to SCCM
• Follow and enhance packaging processes to meet monthly/yearly KPIs.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, batch files, and PowerShell
• Understanding process tools such as Jira, Kanban boards, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong team spirit, with a proactive approach to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement
• Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
