- Developing standard procedures for serving, quality of food, drinks for restaurants.
- Set up standard procedures for professional guidance for all positions in the restaurant.
- Organize staff to follow the approved standard procedures. Make changes, improve processes as needed
- Organizing training personnel, assigning work and assessing the quality of personnel
- Implement and supervise the implementation of personnel policies and regulations of the restaurant
- General manage with assigned authority will represent the restaurant to sign contracts with related partners.
- Monitor daily revenue and expenditure reports.
- Develop a plan to implement the targets of sales, profit assigned.
- Make financial statement reports.
- Monitor the use of the restaurant's brand identity system and make changes accordingly.
- Coordinate with related departments to develop marketing plan for restaurants and organize the implementation according to the approved plan.
- Coordinate the related departments to build the customer evaluation system and organize the implementation.
- Solve customer complaints.
- Track the purchase, usage, minimum inventory levels of the restaurant's goods and make adjustments accordingly.
- Responsible for renovation of property, equipment for the department in the restaurant when necessary.
- Organize periodic and extraordinary meetings to deploy activities, assess the business efficiency of the restaurant.
- Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for the restaurant.
- To deal with matters arising under its competence.
