About the Head of Sales Role :
In this role, you are responsible for solving complex business problems. You will make analysis and suggestion on current business's improvement and launching new business for market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and become a trusted advisor in their strategic decision-making processes
- Collaborate with clients to define their long-term objectives and develop tailored strategies to achieve them
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that may impact the client's business
- Analyse competitors in the industry to determine market positioning and create strategies that give our clients a competitive edge
- Evaluate financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, to support strategic recommendations and investment decisions
- Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members, fostering their professional growth and development
- Develop clear, data-driven recommendations and present them to clients in a compelling manner.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented strategies and continuously optimise them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organisation to implement strategies and ensure alignment with overall business goals
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferredA good understanding of the Vietnamese market, coupled with sound business knowledgeExceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication, demonstrating a commanding grasp of both the English and Vietnamese languagesProven experience (typically seven years) in strategic consulting, management consulting, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and team membersStrong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyProficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsIndustry-specific knowledge and experience may be required depending on the sector of your clientsCertification or training in relevant areas like project management, strategy, or finance is a plusThis leading company needs no introduction and is recognised as the leader in their field of expertise.
