Logistics Coordinator (Long An)

Job description

Location : Cụm công nghiệp Kiến Thành, ấp 3, xã Long Cang, huyện Cần Đước, tỉnh Long An (cách HCM khoảng 1h đi xe). Công ty có xe đưa đón nhân viên ở HCM (nếu cần), tập trung tại quận 1 lúc 7h30, chiều về lúc 5h15.

i.Đặt lịch phương tiện để đảm bảo lịch đóng hàng đúng tiến độ

Book vehicles to ensure export plan are met

ii. Quản lý đơn vị vận chuyển (Xe, sà lan)

Manage logistics suppliers ( truck, barges)

iii. Khai báo Eport

Do Eport declaration

iv. Làm việc với các bên dịch vụ để đảm bảo phun trùng, hun trùng đúng quy định / yêu cầu khách hàng

Coordinate with service partners to ensure fumigation as per law / customer requirements

v. Phối hợp với nhà máy, vận tải theo dõi tiến độ xuất hàng hằng ngày / tuần

Coordinate with factories, logistics partner to follow up the delivery schedule daily / monthly

vi. Chịu trách nhiệm tối ưu vận hành, chi phí liên quan đến vận tải

Ensure maximizing operations efficiency and logistics cost

vii. Chuẩn bị báo cáo công việc phụ trách đến quản lý

Prepare progress reports to managers

Job requirements

• Education / Academic : Bachelor's or College’s degree preferably in foreign trade, import and export others related.
• Experience : At least 2 years' experience in logistic, import and export field.
• Language / Computer : Preferred can communication in English. Good at Excel, Words, Power Point and other office computer skills.
• Preferred Male candidates and onboard immediately
• Behavioral Competencies : Good communication, enthusiasm, responsible at work, high pressure ability.
