Business Development Associate (Web3 | Vietnamese and English Speaker)

The Role : About the Role

As a Business Development Associate at OORTech, you’ll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, expanding partnerships, and driving adoption of our Web3 products and services. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone fluent in Vietnamese and English , with a deep interest in blockchain, crypto, and decentralized technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and developers in the Web3 ecosystem
• Drive outreach in both Vietnamese and English-speaking markets
• Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and market strategy
• Represent OORTech in online communities, forums, and Web3 / crypto events in the APAC region
• Analyze trends in blockchain, crypto, and decentralized technologies to inform strategy
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on business development KPIs
