Essential Duties and Responsibilities—(Key Activities)

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Assist in preparing the restaurant before service and cleaning up after service.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth food and drink delivery.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, or complaints professionally, or escalate to supervisors when needed.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and resort procedures.
Participate in training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
