Essential Duties and Responsibilities—(Key Activities)

Nhiệm vụ chính :

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.

Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.

Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.

Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils.

Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.

Assist in preparing the restaurant before service and cleaning up after service.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth food and drink delivery.

Handle guest requests, inquiries, or complaints professionally, or escalate to supervisors when needed.

Follow all hygiene, safety, and resort procedures.

Participate in training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

• Chào đón khách với thái độ lịch sự, niềm nở và chuyên nghiệp.
• Giới thiệu và tư vấn thực đơn, món ăn, đồ uống cho khách hàng.
• Tiếp nhận và ghi nhận chính xác các yêu cầu gọi món từ khách.
• Phục vụ thức ăn và đồ uống đúng tiêu chuẩn, đúng thời gian.
• Đảm bảo khu vực làm việc luôn sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp (khu vực phục vụ, bàn ăn, dụng cụ...).
• Hỗ trợ dọn dẹp và sắp xếp bàn sau khi khách dùng bữa.
• Phối hợp với bếp và các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo quy trình phục vụ trôi chảy.
• Xử lý các tình huống, phàn nàn của khách một cách lịch sự và chuyên nghiệp hoặc báo cáo cấp trên khi cần thiết.
• Tuân thủ các quy trình về vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm, quy định của nhà hàng / khu nghỉ dưỡng.
• Tham gia đầy đủ các buổi đào tạo nghiệp vụ, nâng cao kỹ năng phục vụ.
