Our client is a top-notch healthcare company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop and implement a B2C growth strategy with a strong emphasis on revenue generation and profitability.
Lead marketing and advertising activities across online channels (digital, social media, SEO / SEM, e-commerce) and offline channels (events, clinics, partnerships, print media).
Design and execute integrated campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
Build multi-channel sales models including online booking, call centers, direct sales, and retail / clinic partnerships to maximize revenue.
Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to guide product positioning and pricing strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing budgets for maximum effectiveness.
Develop customer loyalty and referral programs to encourage repeat business and sustainable growth.
Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing Sales & Marketing teams with clear revenue-driven KPIs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in a senior sales / marketing leadership role, preferably in healthcare or medical industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Skilled in statistical analysis and creating professional presentations (PowerPoint).
Knowledge of the healthcare market and relevant regulations is highly desirable.
