Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Lead verification activities encompassing strategy creation, testbench development, verification item listing, simulation, and coverage analysis.

Develop comprehensive verification strategies and test plans based on the design specifications and microarchitecture.

Design and implement testbenches, perform simulations, and troubleshoot to detect and fix design issues.

Collaborate closely with synthesis and physical design teams to resolve netlist, timing, and SDF-related defects, ensuring design criteria are met.

Conduct coverage analysis to identify untested sections requiring further verification efforts.

Prepare detailed documentation and reports to track progress, provide comprehensive feedback to design teams, and summarize verification results.

Requirements

Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.

Over 8 years of experience in design verification engineering.

Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with diverse scopes concurrently.

Skilled in project planning, scheduling, and risk management.

Capable of overseeing and ensuring the quality of deliverables from team members involved in projects.

Deep understanding of the complete verification lifecycle and process.
