Plant Manager

Job Description :

• Company basic policies and admin requirements ( formulation, quality, ingredient, CSA …)
• Plant Process skills ( Mixing, pelleting, Packing, warehousing, LRT)
• Plant Manager job skills (safety management, QA, feed safety, Project mgt, finance results,.
• Personnel management (staff mgt, people skills, business planning, performance mgt, leadership…)
• Audits & Reporting as required

Job Requirement :

• Technical or finance Universities with English or MBA qualifications
• 5-10 years Experience in manufacturing management, at big FDI manufacturing is advantage
• Interpersonel skill to production people and other depts.
• Hand-on experiences in production management and engineering skills
• Enperiences in FDI manufacturing environment: Benchmarks, safety, performance management and interpersonal skills.
• To be Plant Manager or higher depend on potential
