The Role

The Opportunity :

You will be responsible for driving the overall destination enrolments for USA and application funnel management set by the management in the Southeast Asia region, with occasional responsibilities in other regions of East Asia (Taiwan & Mainland China). Reporting directly to the Senior Director, US Partner Relations, you will work closely with the Senior Director of Sales, South & South East Asia, Associate Director of Sales, South Asia & the Associate Directors US Partner Relations to execute and track the SEA GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive destination enrolments by enabling sales team and recruitment partners on USA process.
  • Manage assigned set of recruitment partners in the region and drive various stages of the application funnel i.e Application to submission , LOA to I20 to enrolment.
  • Min 4 recruitment partners meetings daily to train them and their counselors on USA process, top schools and programs and requirements
  • Conduct regional webinars and seminars on regular basis.
  • Attendance at Recruitment Partner exhibitions and industry conferences to promote destination.
  • Assist regional sales teams & leadership with the coordination and execution of approved destination GTM strategy.
  • Implement and track monthly enrolment & promotional strategies to achieve destination specific sales targets.
  • Enable team to address recruitment partner inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide timely market feedback so that the destination head can timely coordinate with partner relations managers and partner client managers to ensure smooth flow through the entire application funnel.
  • Stay up to date with region specific industry trends and align ApplyBoard with competitor information.

Ideal Profile

Minimum Qualifications & Experience :

  • Possess a postgraduate degree in any field (preferably an MBA) with a proven track record of min 5 years in International Student Recruitment for that destination (preferably in a B2B setting).
  • Fluency in Vietnamese & English. Intermediate proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean is a plus.
  • Be a US higher education subject matter expert.
  • You have at least 5 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Ed Tech, Education and Telecommunications industry.
