Key Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee all supply chain activities, including procurement, material planning, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and processes to support company goals and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with suppliers, production, quality, and operations teams to ensure supply continuity, quality standards, and lead-time compliance.
Manage supplier selection, evaluation, negotiation, and performance to ensure best cost, quality, and delivery.
Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and optimize buffer stocks to minimize excess inventory and avoid material shortages.
Analyze supply chain KPIs, generate regular reports, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Manage and optimize logistics operations, both inbound and outbound, including transportation, customs, and warehousing.
Drive cost reduction initiatives in procurement, transportation, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (import / export, customs, trade compliance) and internal policies.
Lead and mentor a team within the supply chain department, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree (Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields).

5+ years of experience in supply chain management roles, preferably in largescale electronics manufacturing.

Proficient in English or Chinese (read, write, speak) to communicate with international suppliers and stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and manage metrics / KPIs.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

Solid understanding of inventory management, material requirements planning (MRP), and logistics.

Experience in cost control, process improvement, and implementing supply chain best practices. Leadership skills with ability to manage and develop team members.
