Job description
As a Commission Analyst within the C&B department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of Bonus processes across the organization.
Your missions
Bonus Calculations
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly Bonus calculations across the organization (for Business as well as Corporate Staff).
- Provide accurate Bonus provisions for P&L reporting and escalate discrepancies to the Committee.
Policy Compliance
Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Business teams to implement Bonus policies effectively.Ensure compliance with guidelines during Bonus payment declarations and adjustments.System Maintenance & Improvement
Oversee and enhance the BonusAble system for Bonus administration.Identify and lead IT tool improvements to optimize Bonus workflows.Data Analysis & Reporting
Perform financial and operational KPI analysis to ensure Bonus accuracy and flag anomalies.Provide actionable insights to management through comprehensive reporting.Training & Support
Guide stakeholders on Bonus policies and system functionalities.Provide timely support during inheritance waves, BU transfers, and overpayment cases.Continuous Process Improvement
Lead initiatives to streamline Bonus-related procedures and minimize errors.Proactively monitor policy updates to align processes with organizational goals.Your profile
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.Experience : 1–2 years in finance, audit, controlling, or HR analytics roles.Analytical expertise : Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis to manage large datasets and perform root cause analyses.System knowledge : Experience with ERP or financial reporting tools.Languages : Effective English communication (spoken and written); Vietnamese (mother tongue).Soft skills :
Business-oriented mindset and attention to detail.Adaptability to high-growth, dynamic environments.Problem-solving ability to navigate complex scenarios like overpayments, role changes, or system misalignments.Team player, able to collaborate with Finance, HR, and Business Units.What we offer
