Job description

As a Commission Analyst within the C&B department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of Bonus processes across the organization.

Your missions

Bonus Calculations

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly Bonus calculations across the organization (for Business as well as Corporate Staff).
  • Provide accurate Bonus provisions for P&L reporting and escalate discrepancies to the Committee.

Policy Compliance

  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Business teams to implement Bonus policies effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines during Bonus payment declarations and adjustments.
  • System Maintenance & Improvement

  • Oversee and enhance the BonusAble system for Bonus administration.
  • Identify and lead IT tool improvements to optimize Bonus workflows.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform financial and operational KPI analysis to ensure Bonus accuracy and flag anomalies.
  • Provide actionable insights to management through comprehensive reporting.
  • Training & Support

  • Guide stakeholders on Bonus policies and system functionalities.
  • Provide timely support during inheritance waves, BU transfers, and overpayment cases.
  • Continuous Process Improvement

  • Lead initiatives to streamline Bonus-related procedures and minimize errors.
  • Proactively monitor policy updates to align processes with organizational goals.
  • Your profile

  • Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Experience : 1–2 years in finance, audit, controlling, or HR analytics roles.
  • Analytical expertise : Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis to manage large datasets and perform root cause analyses.
  • System knowledge : Experience with ERP or financial reporting tools.
  • Languages : Effective English communication (spoken and written); Vietnamese (mother tongue).
  • Soft skills :

  • Business-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to high-growth, dynamic environments.
  • Problem-solving ability to navigate complex scenarios like overpayments, role changes, or system misalignments.
  • Team player, able to collaborate with Finance, HR, and Business Units.
