Marketing Budget Management :

Track and update marketing expenditure data in the system.

Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciling budgets, and controlling cash flow.

Coordinate with the Finance team to process payments, verify invoices, and approve expenses.

Contract & Administrative Management :

Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance with internal procedures before submission for approval.

Monitor contract progress and work with relevant departments to ensure timely processing.

Organize and maintain records of contracts, invoices, and financial documents systematically

Operations Support & Process Improvement :

Assist the Marketing team in event organization and handle logistics-related procedures.

Propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless marketing operations

Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Finance Operations, Procurement, or Administration.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documents and processes effectively.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial / contract management software
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly meticulous in handling tasks.
