About the role

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of data. Data Entry Operator will work closely with other departments to ensure that all data is entered and processed correctly and on time.

What you'll do

Data Verification

• Cross-check the entered data with original source documents to ensure accuracy.
• Review the database for any duplicate entries and remove or merge them as necessary.
• Ensure that all data follows the required formatting guidelines (e.g., date formats, currency, units).
• Identify and flag any incomplete or missing data and take steps to retrieve or correct it.
• Compare data across different systems or databases to ensure consistency and synchronization.
• Analyze the data for any unusual values or outliers that may indicate incorrect or improperly entered data.
