We are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Consultant to provide external client support across the APAC region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR practices, recruitment, market trends, payroll, and labor laws, with a focus on local expertise. Please submit your application in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultancy services , ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Support recruitment strategies and execution, including talent acquisition, market research, and hiring trends specific to the region.
• Advise on payroll setup and management, ensuring compliance with local tax and reporting requirements.
• Assist clients in navigating local labor laws, employment contracts, and HR policies.
• Offer guidance on market trends to help clients attract and retain top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted HR partner.
