Job Description

We are seeking passionate and dedicated English as a Second Language (ESL) Teachers to join our team, partnering with reputable public schools and private language centers across various provinces and medium-sized cities in Vietnam.

This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on students' lives while experiencing the rich culture of Vietnam. The anticipated start date for this position is December 2025 .

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of various ages (e.g., kindergarten, primary, secondary, and adult learners) and proficiency levels.

Create a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters language acquisition.

Assess students' progress through various methods, including homework, class participation, tests, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.

Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet curriculum standards and individual student needs.

Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a focused and respectful learning atmosphere.

Participate in training, workshops, and school events as required.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and lesson plans.

Collaborate positively with Vietnamese co-teachers, school administration, and colleagues.
