Import-Export Manager

Position : Import-Export Manager

Salaray Range : ~40 mil

RESPONSIBILITIES :

In this role, you will oversee the Logistics team and take responsibility for managing import and export operations, including customs clearance and the preparation, submission, and archiving of all relevant documentation. You will also be expected to provide reports as required.

• Ensure timely and accurate handling of import shipments, with the team directed to work closely with relevant departments such as overseas logistics, purchasing, suppliers, and local teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of export shipments, with coordination among customers, production teams, and freight forwarders.
• Guide team members in preparing and submitting shipping and payment documents to forwarders and customers promptly and correctly.
• Maintain a strong understanding of customs regulations to ensure compliance and effective interaction with authorities.
• Closely monitor and manage shipping expenses, labor costs, and other logistics or supply chain activities.
