Our client is a top-notch

real-estate  company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Act as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors in crafting financial strategies, capital structure optimization, and long-term business planning.

Lead financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation to support major projects and sustainable growth.

Oversee all financial management functions, including accounting, reporting, treasury, taxation, and internal controls.

Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations, international accounting standards (IFRS), and corporate governance.

Drive capital raising efforts through bank financing, bond issuance, equity markets, and joint ventures.

Manage relationships with investors, banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies.

Establish and maintain robust financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Supervise budgeting, cash flow management, and financing for developments exceeding VND 1,000 billion.

Lead and mentor finance, accounting, and investor relations teams.

Develop high-performing teams aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.

Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years as CFO or Deputy CFO.

Proven track record in real estate / property development companies managing portfolios over VND 1,000 billion.

Strong expertise in capital raising, M&A, and corporate finance.

Deep understanding of Vietnamese financial regulations, tax, and compliance, with international exposure.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
