Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Job description :
1. Strategic Planning & Development :
Main responsibility for building, implementing, and optimizing the overall business strategy for our company.
Set business goals (sales, revenue, profit, market share) by quarter and year, and develop a detailed roadmap to achieve targets.
Research and analyze the market and competitors, identify potential customer segments (especially FDI enterprises, manufacturing companies within a 150km radius of the factory).
Develop pricing policies, discounts, and competitive promotional programs suitable for mid- to high-end product lines.
2. Team Development & Management :
Lead in recruitment, training, guiding, and developing the Sales Manager team, building a core, high-performing sales force.
Assign targets, set KPIs, and supervise team performance.
Organize meetings, training sessions, motivation, and inspiration to ensure the team consistently achieves the best results.
3. Business Development & Customer Relations :
Responsible for the team’s final business results.
Coordinate with parent company to receive and upsell, meeting 100% of current customer demands.
Lead the team in approaching, building, and developing new relationships with strategic customers and key accounts.
Directly participate in important negotiations to close major contracts.
4. Reporting & Coordination :
Report directly and periodically to the Board of Directors on business performance, KPIs, and propose improvement solutions.
Work closely with the Production Department to ensure supply capacity, and with the Logistics Department to optimize costs and delivery time.
Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 3 years in a management role (Team Leader, Sales Manager, Head of Sales).
Priority for candidates with strong experience in industries such as carton, paper, printing, or related supporting industries.
Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and planning skills.
Proven leadership, team-building, and development capabilities.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills at an expert level.
Deep knowledge of the Northern market, with a strong FDI manufacturing network being a huge advantage.
Independent, proactive, and goal-driven, able to work under high pressure and challenging targets.
Strong communication skills with large domestic and international clients.
