Job description5+ years of experience in backend development using Python and / or NodeJS 3+ years of experience in frontend development using ReactJS or similar frameworks (Vue, Svelte, Angular) Proven expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, scalable web architecture, and deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Hands-on experience with Python or integrating AI / ML solutions into web applications Strong working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) Familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and code refactoring Experience working within Agile / Scrum teams Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Experience leading project teams through the full life cycle of software development Experience supporting other team tasks such as mentoring, creating proposals, designing architecture for a project, etc. Experience with serverless architecture, e.g., AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Function, etc. Experience with security, performance, and scalability. Experience with NoSQL and Message Queue. Three days remote every week and four full remote weeks per year. We are looking for a full-stack web developer with Python / NodeJS and ReactJS with a strong background in API design, databases, performance, scalability, security, etc to join our team. You will be working across a range of projects and industries, building scalable and high-performance web solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Working on Web and Mobile products for diverse clients and industries.
- Working and pair programming with other developers to build applications with Python / Node.js and ReactJS.
- Designing & implementing back-end API using Python / Node.JS
- Working with Product Owners to convert business requirements into technical designs.
- Cooperating with UI designers to implement modern minimalist designs into production.
- Applying proven technologies and best practices to level up your technical skills : NestJS, Redux
- Learning new languages and frameworks to improve yourself and stay current in an ever-changing environment.
