Our client is a leading company in the electronic sector in Vietnam, currently seeking talented individuals with experience to join their company.
Human Resources Works
Manage all human resources activities at the factory : personnel records, recruitment, onboarding, training, labor contracts, appointments, and performance evaluations.
Develop recruitment, training, and human resource development plans yearly, quarterly, and monthly.
Plan and manage labor performance to meet production, business needs, and factory strategic goals.
Implement and oversee salary and welfare policies : social insurance, attendance, bonuses and penalties, and benefits.
Develop, implement, and manage safety rules, fire prevention, confidentiality, and risk management within the factory.
Administrative Tasks
Oversee administrative and clerical operations of the branch : document storage, seal and legal record management ensuring accuracy and confidentiality per Group policies.
Manage reception and logistics : phone switchboard, guest reception, meeting rooms, guest services; arrange logistics for incoming / outgoing delegations.
Manage tangible assets : inventory, fixed asset tracking, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, asset liquidation, and proper asset usage following Group guidelines; advise management on asset matters.
Ensure security, protection, fire prevention, disaster preparedness to maintain “Absolute Safety Factory” standards; manage security tools complying with Group regulations.
Handle medical and workplace sanitation : canteen operation, health check-ups, disease prevention, and 5S workplace standards.
Organize Board meetings, prepare minutes, announce results, and implement directives.
Manage external relations with local authorities and organize social and external communication activities.
Other Duties
Perform tasks assigned by the factory's Board of Directors and Group’s HR and Administration Department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Social Sciences.
At least 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and related regulations.
Skilled in human resource management, administrative operations, and efficient organization.
Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing or large-scale groups.
