Virtual Assistant (VA)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support in administration, marketing, research, and client / project coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. This position will work closely with leadership and project teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality client outcomes.

Full-time, Remote Opportunity

Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday

Job Responsibilities :

• Meeting Support : Join calls, take notes, and track follow-ups
• Calendar Management : Schedule, coordinate, and update team and client meetings
• Document & Presentation Support : Prepare and customize decks for clients and business development
• Research : Conduct targeted research for projects and client needs
• Database & Tracking : Maintain contact lists, trackers, and updates
• Administrative Support : Handle signatures, NDAs, invoices, and coordination with accounting
• Proposal Support : Assist with proposals through graphics, drafting, and formatting
• General Support : Provide ad hoc assistance and special project support
