JOB SUMMARY The Assistant, A&H Claims Administration will provide essential administrative and operational support to the A&H Claims Manager, ensure all necessary systems and reports are maintained accurately and efficiently.
JOB DUTIES Analyze claims information and manage data entry within the claims system.
Process and register / scan billing for various claim types, including non-direct billing, direct billing, GOP (Guarantee of Payment) claims, PA (Personal Accident), TA, CANCER, and MYHEALTH products.
Run out Daily Settlement Report for Non-DB and send daily morning.
Run out loss ratio report to Distribution Team, Broker Team Undergo necessary training on the claims system and internal procedures to maintain proficiency.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of the Claims department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS University graduate, relevant Insurance Professional Qualifications is preferable Minimum 1-2 years of experience in insurance company handling non-life claims Previous medical knowledge is an advantage.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Vietnamese) skills.
