UI / UX Lead

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented UX / UI Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading all stages of our visual and user experience design projects. You will manage a team of talented designers, set the vision and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our designs not only delight the users but also meet business goals and satisfy our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design Strategy : Develop and drive a comprehensive UX / UI strategy that aligns with business objectives and product roadmaps
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX / UI & Multimedia designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Hands-On Design : Take a hands-on approach to design, creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups and other design materials
• Research : Plan and execute design workshop, user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with project managers, engineers, internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Design System Management : Oversee and contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects
• Presentation & Communication : Clearly articulate design decisions, research findings, and strategic thinking to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
