Our client is a leading technology company in Vietnam who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm.

Survey and analyze customer needs

Develop service roadmaps and package services

Manage the backlog and prioritize features / services based on customer needs and cybersecurity trends

Collaborate with technical teams to convert business requirements into user stories / requirements for the technical team

Ensure products are implemented according to requirements and provide a smooth customer experience

Participate in advising solutions and receiving feedback to continuously improve services

Monitor global trends in APT, Malware, Dark Web, CTI platforms, etc.

Propose new features, reports, and integration methods

Measure service effectiveness through SLA, KPI, and customer satisfaction levels

Requirements

• Male, university degree in IT, Information Security, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner / Consultant / Pre-sales in cybersecurity (ATTT), with experience in building, consulting, or deploying security products / services
• Understanding how security monitoring systems (SIEM, SOAR, EDR) operate and applying IT data for analysis, investigation, and response
• Experience in shaping, developing, or consulting on digital products / services management
• Skills in managing backlogs, roadmaps, writing user stories
• Skills in analyzing needs, packaging services, and building product packages
