Staff4Me is searching for a committed and detail-oriented Content Moderator who speaks Vietnamese to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content across various platforms, ensuring that all contributions comply with community guidelines and policies. Your thorough approach will play an integral part in maintaining a safe and positive online environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, for adherence to community standards and guidelines.
  • Identify, report, and take action against inappropriate or harmful content in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide constructive feedback to users where appropriate and escalate issues that require further attention to management.
  • Monitor user interactions and highlight trends or issues that could enhance our moderation practices.
  • Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistent enforcement of content guidelines across the platforms.
  • Stay informed about platform policies and best practices to optimize moderation effectiveness.
  • Engage in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and improve moderation strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Vietnamese (native or equivalent) with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in content moderation, online community management, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to make timely and informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and with care.
  • Proficiency in using moderation tools and understanding online safety protocols.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
