What you will do
- Data Collection & Preparation – Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (CRM, product usage, financial systems, support tools) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Business Performance Analysis – Evaluate KPIs across sales, marketing, customer success, product adoption, and revenue performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Product Usage Insights – Analyze feature adoption, usage patterns, and customer behavior to guide product development and retention strategies.
- Customer Retention & Churn Analysis – Identify drivers of customer retention and churn, and provide actionable insights to relevant teams.
- Process Optimization – Spot inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements backed by data.
- Operational & Financial Insights : Support budgeting, forecasting, and pricing decisions with data analysis and scenario modeling.
- Dashboard & Report Development – Build and maintain automated dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio, and BigQuery to communicate business metrics.
- Documentation & Governance – Maintain clear definitions, methodologies, and data source documentation for consistent reporting.
Requirements
1–2 years experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related fieldProficiency in SQL or BI tools (BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau)Strong communication and storytelling skills with dataCurious mindset with a willingness to learn tools and tackle problemsAnalytical Mindset : Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.Strong verbal and written English communication skillsBonus Points For
