HRIS Functional Consultant (F/M/X)

Job description

Join our team as an HRIS Functional Consultant and leverage your expertise to implement and optimize HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud.

Your Missions:

• Implement and configure one or more modules within Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Performance, Time & Attendance).

• Gather and analyze client HR requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.

• Collaborate with integration and data migration teams for smooth deployment.

• Provide post-implementation support (AMS), including issue resolution and system maintenance.

• Support testing phases, go-live activities, and user training sessions.

• Assist with system upgrades and the rollout of new features.

• Contribute to change management and promote user adoption.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM (implementation or support).

• Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRIS workflows.

• Proven experience configuring at least one HRIS module.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Consulting or client-facing experience is a plus.

• Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle Certification is a strong advantage.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
