Location : Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam

As the Country Head of Aonic Vietnam, you will oversee all aspects of our operations, business development, and market expansion within Vietnam. You will play a critical role in establishing Aonic’s presence in the region, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving growth in key industries. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker with proven experience in scaling businesses, building teams, and navigating complex markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute Aonic Vietnam’s business strategy, aligning with the company's global vision and objectives.
• Market Expansion : Identify market opportunities, drive sales growth, and increase market share in target industries such as agriculture, industrial, and services.
• Operations Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in all business functions, including finance, logistics, and customer support.
• Team Building & Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to support the company’s growth, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Business Development & Partnerships :

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, government bodies, and potential clients, to drive market presence and revenue.
