- A background in IT support or a similar field is a strong plus.
- Superb project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships and act as a liaison between diverse proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative spirit with a "can-do" attitude that inspires action.
The position is responsible for :
Act as the primary Salesforce Delegated Admin, providing daily support and serving as the go-to Q&A contact for the local team.Design and deliver training to ensure key users in Business and Supply Chain teams master Salesforce and its associated sales tools, including Tableau and other sales enablement platforms.Lead the testing and training for new Salesforce features, such as CC360, to drive adoption and innovation within the business.Manage and respond to all Salesforce-related tasks and take charge of new project implementations.Take full ownership of the MyIMCD project, enhancing our customers' digital experience with streamlined onboarding and better information access.Meticulously track and monitor the progress of all digital initiatives, including projects related to data quality, account management, TDS / document uploads, and more.Collaborate directly with Business Unit Managers to effectively manage and optimize the lead queue.Champion data integrity by leading data quality improvement for accounts and products, managing Salesforce mass data transfers, and conducting insightful data analytics.Work alongside our Digital Champion, generating essential reports in Salesforce to track and drive all digital KPIs.Act as the central communication point between our Vietnam team and the Regional Digital teams, ensuring clear and efficient collaboration.Represent Vietnam in monthly meetings with the APAC Digital Transformation team, providing key project updates and insights.Serve as the key contact for user requirements, ad-hoc queries, and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement.Partner closely with IT to troubleshoot business operations, product, and technical issues, raising Topdesk tickets to ensure prompt resolutionIMCD Offers
