Senior Oracle Apps Database Administrator - Sign-on Bonus

At CodeLink, we work with global clients to build high-impact products, solving complex technical challenges while growing together as a team. We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator to join us and support one of our largest enterprise clients.

This is a critical role for upgrading and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite and related database systems. You’ll collaborate closely with system administrators, developers, and application teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security of mission-critical systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support the technical upgrade of Oracle EBS from version 12.1.x to 12.2.x (latest stable release).
• Administer and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
• Perform cloning, patching, backup and recovery, and schema refreshes.
• Implement and manage Data Guard, RMAN backup strategies, and database restore / recovery.
• Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with Developers and Application Teams to resolve code or integration issues.
• Liaise with Oracle Support for Service Requests and follow up on critical issues.
• Automate routine DBA tasks (scripting, Ansible, etc.) to improve efficiency.
• Share knowledge with other DBAs and provide best practice guidance on managing EBS 12.2.
